Oneweblink Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") operates Pro Builder CRM. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and product, and how we use it.
When you fill out our contact form or book a demo, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any message you send us. When you use Pro Builder CRM itself, the business data you enter (projects, customers, payments, etc.) is stored to provide the service to you.
We use this information to respond to your enquiries, provide the CRM service, and improve our product. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Subscription payments made through the Google Play app are processed by Google Play Billing — we do not receive or store your card or payment details. Payments made directly with us (such as by UPI) are handled the same way: we record that a payment was made, not your card or bank details.
Pro Builder CRM is a business tool for builders, real estate developers and their staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
